When candle goes above mid line. And then goes buy or sell start line.
Then do buy or sell. only if very good volume.
I have attached file mq4 for this.
It's all in russian. Can you please translate to english, I would be very greatful.
For single chart: check if candle close above lines. And buy sell signal only on candle close.
If possible also a scanner to show where price is and highlight if any order is open in case overbought or sold reached. Alerts.
I've tried it out. I've added buffers. So it's easier to use in a scanner or an EA. Levels are for all past bars using Max Past bars.

I'll do some manual trading and make an arrows version soon 🙂
For scanner, I'll keep it simpler. Maybe just arrow signals and just crosses.
