Hi,

Sure.. I already have a trendline indicator like this:

I'll add the triangle type and alerts to it. And maybe add the alerts to a scanner. I'll let you know as I make progress.

Just wanted to inform... the scanner will just be simplistic. Only trendlines/channels type and maybe how many bars till trendlines intersect etc.

So, users can prepare for a possible breakout soon.

It won't really give any Buy/Sell signals. I'll try to add breakout signal alerts, but traders will need to read overall chart. As with trendlines there can be a lot of false breakouts. And it's very important to manually check the signal. Also, trendlines will keep readjusting to new price. I don't think Buy/Sell signals will work with this.

Sent you a sample demo. For the trendline with breakouts. Scanner is still under development. Will send soon.

I worked on the scanner, but for trendlines, the lines need to exist on chart in order for it to calculate the correct values. And slope of the trendlines. So it can detect the correct patterns.

Scanner needs to draw the objects and then delete them. It adds a bit of overhead. So when using many pairs like all 28 pairs and 4 timeframes, it can take 4-5 seconds to refresh. But when using all 9 timeframes, it will take 9-10 seconds. I'm emailing you the scanner demo. See how it works and let me know. I would suggest not using too many pairs/tfs simultaneously.
